Winter in Florida is usually never too cold, but we have faced a few days in the ’40s and ’50s, which is nice for a change, but I do love spring! I think Spring is one of the best times to visit South Florida, as well as to go on vacation. My daughters love spring break, and we generally do travel, but recently my husband and I did a staycation at the beautiful Pelican Grand Beach Resort. Here are some spring break outfit ideas.
Ripped Jeans Shorts
This is a spring break fashion staple. Whether it’s hot or a bit colder where you spend your spring break, a great pair of ripped shorts goes a long way. I love these two options from Revolve, the Levi’s 501 Original Short and the Lori Denim Shorts. You can wear it with a sweater, cardigan, a cute t-shirt or blouse.

Romantic Blouses
I am slightly obsessed with this romantic Victorian-inspired blouse. It is so comfortable and looks great with jeans, shorts or even a skirt. I love how girly it is and yet sophisticated. I think this is going to be a big Spring Fashion trend.
I also love this ¾ floral blouse that you can tuck in if wearing it with shorts or out if wearing a skirt. It is an excellent option for date night or a night out with the girls.
Here is another romantic style blouse I wore for my Greece trip.

Panama Hat
The Panama Hat trend is here to stay, and it is a fabulous Spring Break accessory. I love this one from Nordstroms because it fits so well. I also love the black detail, and they do have a black version of this hat. It is great to wear at the beach or even at brunch or dinner. Check out these outfit details and shop links.
Beach Bags
I have shared some of my favorite Amazon bags find before, and my current favorite beach bag also from Amazon is this straw Hand-woven Beach Sea Straw Rattan Tote Clutch bag. I love it’s neutral color because it can match with any beach or resort outfit. You can even add cute accessories like scarves or tassels. I think it will be trending for summer 2020 as well. Check out my summer bag blog post for other great Amazon bag finds.
Casual Chic Cardigans and Sweaters
Hopefully, you will go somewhere nice and warm for spring break, but Spring is a time where the temperature can drop at night, so having a handy cardigan to finish off your look is key.
I love this striped cardigan from Pink Lily. You can pair a colorful sweat with your ripped shorts. Pink Lily has so many colors to choose from, and I wore this neon coral one. You can’t go wrong with the beautiful red, coral, rust, and cream stripes! Check out the full outfit here.
Spring Break Shoes & Accessories
You can’t go on spring break without taking a great pair of sandals, and for me, wedges and flats are also a must. I love this Wedge Lace-Up Espadrille Sandal from Nordstroms. If you follow me on Instagram, you will see that I wear these beige wedges all the time. It is perfect for trips, the beach and lunch.
I have a friend that always says that accessories are life! I love casual chic clothes and sometimes the right accessory can make all the difference. To match my neutral tone wedges, sandals and beach bag, I like these rattan straw earrings from Amazon. They don’t go dark or rust so it’s great quality for the price.
One Piece Swim Suits
Last but not least, if heading to the beach and pool then check out some of my favorite one-piece swimsuits. I love this cheetah print one.
